Big Flower accepts returns by mail or in person up to 30 business days after the original purchase date. We ask that items are returned un-worn, un-damaged, and un-washed. If you choose to make a return up to 30 business days after the original purchase, please email us at email@example.com and we’ll send you a prepaid USPS return label. International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be made for any shipping and/or handling costs. All Sale items will be final and yours for keeps. Exchanges will be sent out as soon as the original item(s) arrive to us. If you’d like to receive store credit, we can send you a digital gift card for the same dollar amount paid. Exchanges will be sent out as soon as the original items arrive. We can also send you a digital gift code for store credit of the original amount paid, excluding shipping costs.
Refunds or Exchanges will be processed 1-3 business days after we receive the return. Refunds are typically processed up to 2-3 weeks after we receive your return or exchange, including time for processing and time for your bank to post your refund.
